THE FINCA
We were commissioned to undertake the custom steelwork for a architecturally designed residence. This steelwork had many challenges as there are many angles and various levels. Some steelwork was required to hold up the suspended slab with a number of columns extending through the slab which had to be in place before the concrete was poured.
Combined with this is the scheduling with other trades to get the slabs poured before the balance of the steelwork could be site measured, fabricated and erected. Even the weather became an issue with the majority of the steelwork being erected in temperatures below 10 degrees with rain. This was necessary to keep the tight schedule for completion.
